Strategically located in the heart of the Wuxiang New District, the development benefits from advanced municipal infrastructure and a serene natural setting, adjacent to both Wuxiang Lake Park and Wuxiangling Forest Park. With access to Metro Line 2 and the “three vertical and three horizontal” road system, transportation is seamless throughout Nanning.
The entire development is designed to meet modern luxury living standards. It covers 66.95 mu, with a gross floor area exceeding 240,000 square meters. Within the complex, there are more than 30,000 square meters of landscaped gardens, a 1,300-square-meter central lake, and 17,000 square meters of European-style commercial facilities. Amenities include a platinum-level five-star clubhouse with a heated swimming pool, fitness facilities, and multiple recreational areas.

As the appointed fire rated door manufacturer, YK Door Industry Co., Ltd. was responsible for supplying and installing 1,356 certified fire doors throughout the residential and public spaces. Our scope covered complete fire door solutions—from accurate site measurement and door frame production to on-site installation and safety testing.

YK’s fire door experts supplied and installed premium six-panel FD30 composite fire doors, finished in clean white for both interior and exterior applications. These fire-rated doors are rigorously tested and fully certified under BM Trada STD 170, accommodating both glazed and unglazed configurations.
